Cancellation policy

Standard cancellation policy is 12pm 48 hours prior to the date of your stay. If a room is cancelled outside of the cancellation period, the full balance will be payable.

 

For those booking on the discounted wedding rate, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will then be payable 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival and is non-refundable.

 

Cancellation policy on an accommodation voucher is 12pm 48 hours prior to the date of your stay. If a room is cancelled outside of the cancellation period, the full value of the voucher will be lost. Dates can be transferred subject to an admin charge.
